Can I borrow tables and chairs?+
Yes, for free, if you're a resident in good standing. The HOA has 5 six-foot tables, about 40 folding chairs and 2 canopy tents (8 x 8 ft). Request them at least 72 hours ahead; rentals start at 8 a.m. on the day of your event and last 24 hours.

Once a year in May, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a rain date the following weekend. It spreads through the whole community, from Mid Summer Night and Slacks down Macbeth and throughout Gemini.
Do I need approval for a fence or shed?+
Not always. Rear-yard wooden fences up to 4 feet, sheds under 150 square feet, decks and patios behind the house don't need advance approval if they match the house. Anything else, ask the Architectural Committee first.
